The Consumer Protection Division will be holding its annual Advanced Food Safety Seminar in the Denver Metro area. 

The Denver Metro area session will be held on March 9, 2010 at the Tri-County Health Department's Lone Tree office which is located at 9350 Heritage Hills Circle in Lone Tree.

Agenda items include: Red Flag Foods: What do you do; The New Definition of Potentially Hazardous Foods; Curing, Drying, and HACCP; Exotic Meats; Small Game Processing; Food Processing and Dented Cans; LAP Q & A; and Retail Food Regulation Review Update.
