The Public Health Act of 2008

The Public Health Act of 2008, signed into law by Governor Ritter in June, 2008, is still big news in Colorado Public Health as local public health agencies and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment are still focused on implementation of all of the provisions outlined in the Act.  Please visit our Public Health Act Toolkit for resources!
